I have been regularly having deep tissue/sports massage for the last 10 years and can confidently say that this was one of the best treatments ever! Harminder was highly professional and friendly from start to finish, not only removing tension and knots but also providing advice on how to lessen tension in future. I'm not local but would come back to Brighton just to see these guys again! Thank you so much 😊

Great massage and really easy to work with. Doesn't get weird or defensive or try and explain anything when you talk about different pressure. Just really listens and is really focused on releasing tension. So knowledgable about the body.
