I had a deep tissue massage and Harminder was great at working into my knots and checking in with me about the pressure. Harminder is super friendly and quite an inspiration in terms of following your dreams and making things happen. The treatment room isn’t the most inspiring, nor is the overall location just off reception at the gym. But once you’re face down on the bed with meditation music playing none of that matters!

Oh. My. Wow. Harminder is a miracle worker. Listened to my needs and boy did he follow through. Not only was it was relaxing but I’ve had nasty knots for ages and he cleared them all up. Massively recommend Harminder - he knows what he’s doing and is super nice too. See you again soon!!
