Noisy venue as the room is based just off reception, so you have the extractors/air con which is a bit disturbing to the relaxation, but as i had a Sports massage that was more distracting. Mary was excellent - strong but considerate to my request of where to concentrate, explained everything well and was very professional. I can't fault the treatment for the price, but if you are looking for a spa type experience i don't think i would leverage this space for that.
