My deep tissue massage from Justin was terrific - he asked all the right questions to find out what I really wanted from the treatment and checked in regularly to find out if I wanted more or less pressure on different parts of my body. He was friendly, responsive and professional and I left feeling relaxed and like I was walking a couple of inches taller. Will definitely go back to see him again.

Harminder & his team are lovely and he pays great attention to detail and really priorities the well-being of his clients which is not easy to find! i’ve been to him a couple of times now even though i don’t live in Brighton anymore and would 100% recommend him or anyone else in his team! Worked out some huge tension especially in my upper back and shoulders and i’m feeling miles better now!
