Loud dance music as I walked in created bad ambience but was turned off. Painful deep tissue, the therapist talked to me the whole way through asking if everything done was ok. She was conscientious and polite just not suited to massage more physio

Wanted very firm pressure as supposed to be deep tissue. Didn’t get this despite asking twice. Very disappointed that this organisation would not provide me with a simple paid invoice to claim on my work insurance so it was a waste of money for me.

Never had a massage before so didn’t know what to expect but Katie was great. I went in with general back and neck stiffness which has been plaguing me for some time and Katie absolutely sorted me right out! Back has never felt better and I like that she kept checking to make sure I was ok. Looking forward to coming back soon!
