Whilst the physicality of the massage was great, and Zoe was lovely and friendly, the overall experience was not so good. It was in a tiny room just off the main reception of the gym, which meant there was ambient noise (the phone and such). The building's air-conditioning seemed to be directly above the room as it was so noisy that the music had to be turned up very loud. This wasn't great, and adverts kept coming on Spotify every ten minutes, which was obviously not very relaxing.

Zoe was wonderful! She checked regularly if the pressure was ok and explained what she was doing. It was absolutely perfect, exactly what I needed!

Zoe was stronger than she looked!! I felt phenomenally awakened after my 1 hour deep tissue massage, Zoe had a lovely warmth and humour and worked some real magic on my shoulders and upper back - which were my problem areas, highly recommended

Harminder took the time to understand the stiffness I was experiencing and suggested which muscles could be massaged to help - surprisingly to me, not all in the area of discomfort. After 30 minutes, I could already feel the benefit in my shoulders. Highly recommend.
