I was given a 30 minute deep tissue massage as a gift. I am a regular runner and have experienced quite a few deep tissue massages. Whitnee was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her! Better to go for an hour but 30 minutes was perfect for a focused massage to help a niggle.
