Zoe was stronger than she looked!! I felt phenomenally awakened after my 1 hour deep tissue massage, Zoe had a lovely warmth and humour and worked some real magic on my shoulders and upper back - which were my problem areas, highly recommended

Harminder took the time to understand the stiffness I was experiencing and suggested which muscles could be massaged to help - surprisingly to me, not all in the area of discomfort. After 30 minutes, I could already feel the benefit in my shoulders. Highly recommend.

On arriving we discussed my needs and Harminder listened really well and put together a massage to undo all the tension in my back. He checked in with whether I was comfortable with the pressure intermittently throughout the session. This was really reassuring and I felt like I was in good hands. That night I slept for the first time in 3 nights! A few days on and my back is back to normal. Very pleased! Harminder clearly knows his stuff and I shall be recommending him to my friends!
