Harminder gave me a great relaxation massage, focusing on the parts of my body that were aching and/or tense, and i left feeling much better than when i arrived. He also made sure to apply lower strength where i was sore. As always, Harminder was welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, attentive and efficient. Thanks again and see you soon!
I haven't had a massage for a while and Harminder was great at suggesting what would be the best message for me as I also do exercise (run) when I can plus a lot desk work! He was very easy to chat to and also adviced me of what to do after in terms of stretches, meditation and seeing my local massage therapist - as I was only visiting Brighton that day.
Steven was so attentive and knew where my I was carrying stress, was able to focus attention on these areas but still give a great full body relaxing massage. Highly recommend.

Steven worked on some very tight muscles all over my body. He is very good and thorough, spending time in certain parts that were worse than others, and getting deep into the pain. We also talked about how to keep on top of muscle pain, using a wooden Thai massage tool. At home I use tennis balls to roll on and relieve some of the tightness. I feel I am in good hands.

I got a deep tissue massage for 30 minutes. Professionalism and genuine care. Steven quickly identified the areas that needed attention and proceeded to use every minute of the session to release tension. I was able to sleep better and have more mobility since. 100% recommendable, I will be back!!

About

Having lived all over the UK and recently returned from Ibiza, I have made Brighton my home, bringing with me a range of experience and a passion for holistic healing. I have studied many holistic practices and offer Swedish and sports massage, which not only targets muscular tension but also supports the body’s natural ability to recover and thrive. I also integrate Reiki, crystals and sound healing into my sessions where appropriate, creating a deeply restorative experience that supports both physical and energetic wellbeing.

About

My name is Harminder and if you decide to visit me which I’m hoping you will then I shall be your massage therapist. I thought I’d use this section to write a little bit about myself and my journey in order for you to have a feel of who I am and how Infinity Massage Therapy came into existence. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into deciding what would be the right kind of business to create. Asking myself big questions such as: what do I enjoy? How would it be able to help others? After considering all of these factors, I eventually decided on a massage business as I’m a people person and engage well with those from all walks of life. Friends and family have said in the past that my massages were great, despite not having formal training. I put it down to the fact that, from the ages of 5 to 16, I used to massage my dad regularly as in Indian culture this is common practice. The driving force for my passion for massage was to help people with a number of ailments such as anxiety, stress, soft tissue injuries and also those who suffer from debilitating conditions such as fibromyalgia. Once I decided that this was what I wanted to pursue, I looked into getting a massage qualification and eventually chose the YMCA in Brighton. They provided a level three course which cost £1800 over a three-month period, part-time. This was perfect as it allowed me to still work full time whilst studying. The next few months were challenging as it was hard finding the ever elusive work/life balance. However, focused and invested in the journey of reaching my goal, I persevered and thankfully my hard work paid off. I passed the course! Now, it was time to put what I had learned to practical use. I found myself a part-time massage position and over the year I improved my craft until I felt I was ready to start the process of creating my own business. In September 2019, I did exactly that and created Infinity Massage Therapy, situated in a fantastic location in the heart of Brighton.
