The final hair cut was nice but I was expecting a better/more personalised service.

Horrific visit here, avoid at all costs. Paid for a cut and blow dry on the app and at the end of the (very bad) haircut, the hairdresser wanted to charge me more than I'd already paid for the blow dry saying it wasn't included. She and her colleague started to ring the police when I said I didn't want to pay as I already had!!
Horrible experience and language barrier made the conversation all the more difficult. Book elsewhere and save yourselves being ripped off and bullied into paying over double what you expected.
Ladies' Haircuts
I feel awful for writing this, as the stylist that did my hair was lovely, but this has got to be one of the worst haircuts I have ever had! My layers, which I the absolute minimum, look like they have been hacked in with an ax. They are painfully obvious and all different lengths. In addition, the layers are so thick and no attempt at blending has been done. It’s an absolute mess of a haircut.
