When I arrived the hairdresser was incredibly rude to me, telling me that I had booked my appointment for a different time, despite me having the text and emails to confirm that I had booked at the correct time. She continued to tell me I was wrong and that her colleague wouldn't have made the mistake in the diary. Despite this, I decided to wait half an hour to get my hair cut here. The hair cut itself was actually good, although the hairdresser was not very understanding of how I wanted my hair cut so it isn't really what I wanted. But I was happy with the service all the same. Just a real shame about the initial harsh welcome.

My original stylist was not in so Jurgita was my stylist for the appointment. She was attentive and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and I felt comfortable to let her do her thing. I was very happy with the haircut and blow-dry.
Also, I was called and messaged beforehand to push my appointment by one hour which I appreciated as it meant I didn't go in just to wait around for someone to become available.
