This was my 1st Sports Massage. I was made to feel at ease throughout the experience. Inese was both friendly and professional. I felt a million times better after the massage and will definitely be booking again!

I had a really lovely massage with Inese. I wasn’t sure what sort of massage I required and discussed with Inese before she started and let her do what she thought my back needed. She found sore patches and worked on them, explaining how they related to other parts of my back. I wasn’t sure thoroughly relaxed when my hour was up, but also felt like some good had been done to help with the niggles. I’m really glad I chose to go to see Inese.
