Very very very dirty place. I had been once before with Katrina and she did an amazing job but this time I was disappointed. Walked in and Elisabete didn’t know about my appointment, apparently they don’t really use Treatwell. Everything took over 2 hours and I had to leave without the top coat as the lady doing my pedicure (without gloves) stopped twice to do other people’s eyebrows. Also the chair where I was sat for the pedicure was really uncomfortable.
