The appointment was changed for 10 min earlier without contacting me to check whether I could make it. I was not aware of it and arrived 7 minutes before my original time of the appointment. I realised that the time was moved forwaed after I came home form the treatment. The treatment was not 30 min as advertised but about 20 min.
