Although the beautician seemed experienced, she was a bit hesitant or perhaps tired. She didn't ask if i had any allergies and i've never had a facial where my eyes weren't covered. she also didn't immediately offer to cover me with a towel. all things that should make you feel fully relaxed for a facial. The facial itself was good though and the shoulder massage was great. The venue although new, has been renovated in a rushed and cheap way.

Lovely! Really welcoming new salon on Northcote Road. Katie took her time to do my nails beautifully and I’m so happy with them. They’ve lasted far longer than when I’ve had my nails done at other salons - highly recommend this place!
