The facial was helpful for my skin and was mostly relaxing, apart from extractions, which are always painful/not her fault, and noise from the nail salon. However, I booked an hour facial, and when it was over, I realised that it had only been 45-50 minutes at the most. The steamer was on without other continuous treatment for 15 min per the person who did the facial & the mask was 5-10 min. She was nice, but I was disappointed it wasn't the full hour & so much time was just the steamer & mask.

Gel Manoicute has already chipped after 2 days which is very disappointing! The salon felt slightly chaotic with busy-ness but nice to see people wanting to be there. Slight concern around cleanliness of utensils used. ‘Hosting’ staff welcoming customers were very hospitable.

I had a great experience - the person who welcomed me in was lovely and super cheerful, and then the threading itself was the most meticulous eyebrow threading I have ever had! My eyebrows have seriously never looked better - I will definitely be returning!
