Really disappointed after my 5 star review. Went during my lunch, was really quiet and I had an appointment yet was rushed. Last time they put ONE coat of strength gel for free but now wanted to charge £3. She was rough with take off. Now on holiday with THREE nails breaking, they’ll say my nails are weak but was told last time they’re very healthy lol. I went to get my nails fixed and they didn’t have 10 mins to spare so a waste.
