I go to Indigo a lot and always v happy, Charles & Katie are friendly w good results. However, this appt was disappointing. The therapist applied acrylic all over my nail without asking (I had simply booked gel), and I had to ask for it to be filed down as it was huge & lumpy. It’s still not looking great but the language barrier meant communication was difficult. If anything I got the impression she was annoyed. It was also slow. I left feeling q stressed & saddened by the end result.
