I usually come here to get my nails done but sadly I will not be retuning. I had called up saying I was going to be 5-10 minutes late, but they had told me I had to be on time, which is fine but I then arrived on time and had to wait 25 minutes. Everyone was very rushed but they kept allowing walkins. They were so rushed whilst one of the staff went to grab a nail polish it dropped and smashed all over my shoe. Accidents happen, but they can be easily prevented but reducing how much they rushed
