I had a really poor experience. I booked for a luxury mani pedi at 1.45pm. I was not seen until 2.20pm. She started with the pedicure which was good until she wrapped my feet in a warm towel and then left for 40 mins. When I eventually got my manicure, I asked for french tip which was extremely poor. My nails were filed into uneven shapes and you could see a lot of my natural white nail that hadn’t been coated in white varnish. She also put my hands in a warm flannel and left to do another mani

Tina was very nice and friendly. She was really fast and good with the wax I didn’t feel much pain. She also gave me some advice and tips.
