The Beautician didn’t check which treatment I had booked first and did a Hollywood instead of Brazilian, which isn’t a big deal but annoying. She was apologetic though. Overall very painful wax and the wax felt too hot, way hotter than usual but maybe it was just me and the beautician did try to cool it down.
