My mom had a good massage at this spa. The setting was quiet and serene with calming music, and the massage itself was excellent. However, I was surprised that the spa is located in a private home, which wasn’t clear during booking. There were also pets on-site, with a policy not to touch them. Knowing this in advance would have been helpful. Despite these surprises, she enjoyed the experience overall. 4/5.
