I had choosen Indigo Hairsalon because of the reviews. There were lots of cheaper offers from other hairsalons but I willingly paid 75pounds for half head highlights because I wanted to have it done right. This was my first visit after a long time at a hairsalon. My hair was dark brown and I wished to have ash blond and beige highlights from the presented book of the salon. Unfortunately my hair turned into orange and yellow, so you can imagine how I felt. The person said to my claim that my hair is now lighter than before. She completely ruined my hair. Very bad experience. And I am still kind of shocked how I could pay 75pounds to let my hair ruined. Never ever again.

Pressure was great, great value for money. Wasnt much of a scalp massage though. Cold stones were just placed on my head for a second but even without this I cant complain, all the staff were very welcoming and the I enjoyed the massage.

Worst manicure I’ve had. Spent too long with hand cream in “mits” & only got white tips & top coat applied to nails, sat getting them “dried” with a fan heater set to cool but still had tips smudged & dotted over hands. For £30 this was a real rip off. Was told I’d get pink on nails after white tips & also told I’d get cuticle oil once finished but neither happened. Won’t be visiting Indigo Hair & Beauty again.

I was very disappointed by the manicure. It was uneven, and it seemed that the polish was too thick (too old perhaps). It didn't even last a day :(
