Even I arrived on time I've still waited for 16 minutes for my massage. You can hear the noise of hair blowers, radio, etc from outside. So they played relaxing music at the massage room which I think didn't help at all. Massage is great though I've booked 45 minutes, Sammie said it's only 30 mins because of 5 minutes for changing clothes, 5 minutes for advices, etc. I've booked an aromatherapy massage so I got really oily back and I've used the towels to wipe my back. When I was still inside the massage room putting my clothes on, Sammie came in to prepare the bed for next customer putting the same towels that I have used. Probably the same towels used from that previous customer before me. I suggest they be more hygienic on this.

Absolutely loved Indigo hair and beauty. They did such a great job and managed to fit me in even though they were superbusy and treatwell made a booking error
