Eyebrow waxing was good and has left good results however my therapist continually rubbed the area under my eyebrow where she had just waxed (a lot) which really hurt and has left me with a really bad cut under my eyebrow which is still there after a week. The massage started off well and the back stuff was nice but the therapist spent A LOT of time (felt like 20 mins) doing the exact same routine on my shoulders (under my shoulder blades) which hurt so much and felt extremely uncomfortable (I know I should’ve said something but it was my first time getting a relaxing massage and didn’t really know what to say) this repeated pain made me anything but relaxed and was especially bad as I have suffered shoulder problems in the past. After this part of the massage I just wanted it to be over and I was very cold but again I didn’t want to say anything as if already asked for towels to make my neck more comfortable. The leg and arm massage didn’t really do anything but the foot and hand massage was quite nice. Moving onto the scalp massage, this again went on for a very long time and was uncomfortable as all I felt was my hair getting knotted and it hurt as my earrings got caught in my hair. The therapist then moved straight from my scalp to my face which really stressed me out as all I could think about was all the oil moving from my hair onto my face which is very bad for your skin. After the massage my hair was an absolute mess (it had never been so knotted, ever), my eyebrows hurt, I was still freezing covered in oil and my shoulders were agony. Overall not a great experience and I will not be booking a massage to treat myself again! Was well priced however so didn’t feel too bad about regretting the experience as it didn’t break my bank.

Pleasant staff and good last minute availability. Fair price - cheaper than local competitors. I had a Brazilian wax and only thing I would suggest is a more detailed consultation about exact definition before it begins for new customers as there are so many variations and expectations out there.
