Booked a full body, scalp and face massage to treat myself and left quite disappointed.
The room isn’t far separated from the salon so you can hear music and chatting from the other room.
The room was freezing. I asked if the heater could be turned on as I was very cold, she said it was and it was cold because it was cold outside. I wouldn’t lie naked outside so if you want people to do it inside then the room should be adequately heated. It wasn’t until about 20 minutes later when she felt how cold my feet were that she offered extra towels and moved the heater closer.
The scalp massage was actually quite unpleasant. My hair was being pulled and I ended up with a birds nest in my hair - that shouldn’t happen. At this point I considering just putting an end to the appointment.
The face massage didn’t happen, about a 30 second pat over the eye brows was all I got. If the title of the treatment includes “face massage” I would expect more that that - finished up five minutes early so it’s not like we ran out of time. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t enjoying myself and was so cold, I just wanted to go home to warm up.
The masseuse was nice enough but seemed inexperienced and I would suggest the venue ensure the room is warm for people to be comfortable in - no matter what is happening outside.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

Asked for my eyebrows just to be tidied up but instead they were made far too thin and stray hairs that should have been plucked weren’t. The girl doing my eyebrows also smelled strongly of smoke which is unpleasant when someone is leaning over your face.
