Staff were welcoming and engaging, hair cut was quick with attention to the detail I'd requested. The hairdresser was a little nervous to shave my undercut since she had little experience of it, but did a good job. Location is well suited to me as it is close by to my flat, but the ambience could be a little more colourful and warm. Enjoyed the experience and the value enough to revisit already for my highlights, which have turned out well and receive a lot of nice comments.

I loved the place, and the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. I was offered a cup of tea, and the appointment was exactly on time. Freya did an amazing job with my hair, it's absolutely wonderful.i would definitely refer this place, especially considering the cheap price.

I had been booked for a 12:15 cut and blowdry, but received a call around 10 that morning to say my stylist was unwell. They had already arranged another time for me to get in, same day, and asked if I wanted to take that amended appointment. I did and had a great cut!
