Very good for the value. Great stuff, nice clean room. Recommended.
A thoroughly excellent treatment. Booked last minute as had been suffering stiffness in upper back and treatment was exactly what was required. Sammie was so lovely and massage amazing experience and such great value. I really felt better after the treatment and going to book in again very soon.

Cold water and cold hairdryer. Hairdresser perplexed when I asked her to blow-dry my hair half & half (straight at the top big curls at the bottom) like you see on everyone at the moment. Another hairdresser dried one half of my hair therefore making missed matched. Hairdresser agreed to make both sides match but was not happy about this. Actually cut was good but let down by service and attitude of hairdresser.

I went for a Hot Stone massage. First time about it. Even though it felt nice I think I prefer other kinds of deeper massages. I am very grateful Sammie worked my back with her hands before than the stones, although she is petite she is very strong!. She seemed professional and polite, she also explained all the process. Thanks a lot.
Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with were very nice. There seems to be an issue of communication between Treatwell and the salon since they had no idea I had actually booked the appointment but they were very accommodating. The masseuse was running late, about 20 minutes, but as I was leaving they gave me a voucher for a free massage to make up for the wait. I wasn't expecting that, so that was great. Only issue was the room where the massage takes place was absolutely freezing, regardless I'll definitely be back.
