Had a fantastic experience today. My hair was so bad, but upon explaining it to Sharon, who completely understood, as I have psoriasis, she was so empathetic, she did a fabby job. Feeling much better! Head massage was great and just general experience was excellent. Am loving my hair. Thank you so much! See you soon!

Staff very friendly and did a fantastic job of my wash, cut and blow dry. Very happy with the results.
The pedicure wasn't great. The nail polish came out and did not dry properly after waiting longer than 30mins. And also the girl left me with my toes all pink!
