I’ve been to this salon many times at the old location and always had great experiences, but today’s Hollywood wax with MK was extremely disappointing. The process was rough and unprofessional – pulling strips multiple times without warning, even fanning paper and blowing on the wax, which felt unhygienic. Afterward barely applied oil, stayed in the room while I changed, and started cleaning right next to me. Overall, an unpleasant and unprofessional experience, far below the usual standard.
