I booked a massage based on my dad's positive experience. The session started late, and the therapist wore gloves due to a skin condition, which affected the massage. The hot stones were too hot, and the strokes were repetitive. The Indian head massage had excessive friction due to gloves and no oils. However, the facial was relaxing after adjustments were made.
