Felt extremely welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Smiles all round. Miriam explained the process in depth and made me feel comfortable. She was very gentle with the injections, barely felt anything! And im super impressed by that as I was having fat dissolving injections in the chin/neck, so that can be a sensitive area.
