Booked online, arrived at salon and it was closed! Called the telephone no on the salon sign, women that answered asked if she could call me back and then when I told her about my appointment she said that she couldn't do my appointment. She called back later asking how I could her number and that this has happened before, if it happened before you would change the settings for booking appointments! But no complete waste of time, however, looking at the salon from the door it looks like it was a lucky escape! Do not book here!

This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The ‘salon’ looked like a workshop and my nails were horrific. I had to buy nail files on the way home to file them off.
