The hairdresser was not welcoming, spoke poor english and did not understand how I wanted my hair done. They ended up cutting and styling my hair to the different side I always do even though I've explicitly said which side I like it and I came in with my hair styled to the side. It shows the general lack of understanding and attention paid.
