When I came in I was ignored because the staff were in another room further down busy chatting (with a customer I think but no one even looked at me). There were dirty mugs and cups on the table in the waiting area, where I was told to wait, but I wasn’t told how long. It ended up being late by about 15mins, which was ok because I wasn’t in a rush, but would have appreciated being told that. The pedicurist was nice but no choice of colours for regular polish and the colour rubbed off soon after
