Didn’t have a good experience At all ... felt bad as the owner seemed nice but everything went wrong today. I live locally so booked around 20 minutes before turning up and when I got there the address was a little difficult to find. I knew it was a home based salon so was expecting things to be quieter and more relaxing - I wanted lots of treatment time so booked the All in One treatment which is £45 and should give 1 hour 15 minutes treatment time. I only had max 45 minutes treatment time when I checked the time. when I got there another client was being treated and she had to get up and sit on the coach whilst I lied down to start my treatment. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for the first customer to be finished but both of us were being treated at the same time until she was done and left. During this time they spoke in a different language and I felt uncomfortable so went and got my headphones as it wasn’t relaxing due to the noise. After she left the owner told me she wasn’t going to include the skin tightening part as it wasn’t suitable for my skin but I would’ve still expected the same amount of treatment time and something else done instead. She offered £5 for the lack of treatment time but it wasn’t worth it. During the treatment she also had to open the door and whoever came into the home turned on the TV loud as the noise could be heard from upstairs. The owner was nice but I did not have a relaxing experience, get my treatment time and for such an expensive treatment I won’t be returning again.
