Really friendly happy staff who really listened to me. I hadn’t had my hair cut since before lockdown so it had gotten very long and unruly. They listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to deep condition my hair and get all the knots out (very fine hair and lot of it!) before starting. They checked with me on length at all times and I left feeling very pleased!
