The venue was disorganised & overbooked, so I got treated by someone different - who was new, didn't fully know how to do nails. She cut my nail beds too deep into the cuticle and my finger nails bled at a few different places. My toe nails as well were cut very haphazardly and too deep - I still have pain 3 days later. I didn't feel the equipment was hygienic, they re-used nail files & buffs without sanitising them, and forgot my top coat (nailpaint chipped in 1 hour). Disappointing experience.
