Welcome to my world of brows! I’m Ina, a dedicated brow artist with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. With 6 years experience in the beauty industry, I specialize in shaping, tinting, semipermanent brows / lips services , lash lift , and styling brows to perfection. My goal is to empower my clients by helping them achieve their ideal look, whether it’s bold and dramatic or soft and natural. Each brow tells a story, and I believe in personalizing every service to meet the unique needs of my clients. I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques to ensure that you leave my studio feeling confident and beautiful. Let’s embark on this brow journey together—your satisfaction is my top priority! BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE Please read the booking terms before booking online. By booking and paying a booking fee, you are confirming that you are happy to proceed under these terms. All booking fees are non- refundable. BOOKING POLICES 1.Deposit To secure your appointment, a £50non refundable deposit shall be taken. The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable - no exceptions. Appointments will be cancelled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 20minutes late to their appointment. 2. Cancellation notice Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for any appointment cancellations/ rescheduling, or the non-refundable booking fee will be lost and another will be required to secure an appointment. 3. No-show/ late cancellation Cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show will result in 50% of the treatment cost being taken due to large gaps in the diary and no guarantee of the slot being filled. 4. Fee payment No-show/ late cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Payment can be made in person or through our preferred payment methods. 5.Rescheduling We encourage clients to reschedule appointments rather than cancel whenever possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date. You can only reschedule an appointment once with 72 hours notice, after this a new booking fee will be required. 6. Top up Top up cancelled with less than 72 hours or a no-show, will result in an extra charge. Multiple movement of top up appointments will result in an extra charge, particularly if this is outside of the recommended time frame for a top up.
