The salon was clean and the lady was kind and made me feel comfortable. She seemed to know what she was doing as she took only 45min for a full legs waxing. The only reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars is because she accidentally dropped some super hot wax on me and it literally burnt a tiny bit of my skin. Nothing serious though. Everything else was perfect
