I didn't have the best impression or experience. I usually go to a different eyelash salon but because I needed an urgent appointment I tried here for the first time. First I was a bit annoyed by multiple phone calls I received while I was at work, about a patch test and changing the time of the booking. Then for the lashes I didn't have much consultation and although I had wanted half fills spread across my eyes as I don't have many lashes to begin with, (I booked infill) she filled my entire eyes with a "full set" in which I had to pay additional £30 for at checkout (total £65). The place looked nice especially for nails, but I won't be coming back for lashes.
