I have had many LVL lifts before which were effective, unfortunately the products used to lift the lash was not effective. My lashes were not lifted at all and I saw no difference. The salon were helpful responsive to my disappointment, and offered me another lift with a different therapist. However I don’t believe the therapist was the issue here, it was the product used. I would have preferred a refund or a credit note to use against another service. I would definitely return to the salon, and I’ve had other services (lash extension, manicure, pedicure etc) before and they were always fantastic.

My favourite nail salon :)! Always happy to go there, excited about trying new colours and art and then a constant smile for two-three weeks by looking at it! Love it:)! Highly recommended :)!
