all the staff are fantastic. Mark at the front desk is always happy, helpful and very amusing! Kasia runs an excellent business and all her therapists are very professional and lovely to chat to.

Not overly excited. Nails were ok but not perfect, especially noticeable once they started growing out. Colour selection was a bit limited. Nails were filed but that was it, cuticles weren’t pushed back or anything. Took very long as well - 1 hour for shellac removal, quick filing and reapplication.
