The Hollywood wasn't very thorough - I should have checked when I was there but she didn't complete the job properly which is a shame because I have visited before and the woman who normally does me is great.

Great manicure...but unfortunately I was charged 10 pounds extra to take some previous gel off. I thought it was a bit unfair because it was just a little bit. And they only told me at the very end.
Shame, because I will never go back. This completely sums up London - not interested in customer relations -just grabbing money wherever they can... just simply greedy.I have no time for businesses like this.
