I had an awful experience. My nails took 1h10min, yet the job was messy, uneven, and unfinished. When I politely said it looked bad, the technician, Desta, became aggressive and rude. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Management should take action so no other customer is treated this way. Time and money wasted – I do not recommend this salon.
