unfortunately my treatment did not go ahead. When I arrived I was told there was an issue with the booking system since the day before and therefore my appointment time had been double booked. I was then told i would need to wait one hour to see the beautician I booked with. As this was infills I wanted to have the same person. I was told I could wait 20 minutes and see someone else which I agreed to, however 25 mins later there was still no sign that I would be seen. I suggested that I would come back the following day and they informed me that they would call me later to book in a new appointment time, however nobody called. I wish they just informed me when they received my booking instead of me going all the way there to find out I could not be seen.

Great value for money and able to book at the last minute which was great. Waxing room is behind an office so layout seemed random but the treatment room is nice. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Wax was good.
I had made an app here for a Hollywood wax and got a call on the day of my app to tell me the beautician can’t “help” me anymore. No reason as to why and didn’t get the option to reschedule either. Not sure what happened. Pretty disappointed as this place was close to my house and I was going to make it my regular spot for beauty treatments.

This is the 2nd time I have got my eyelashes done, the first time lasted for ages so was good value. She is so thorough and I always feel so relaxed that I fall asleep. Would highly recommend.
