When you search BIAB online you see it can be extended beyond the nature nail to create a small extension which is what I thought I was getting. What I got was a overpriced shellac. There was clearly an issue with the first person's application (though they were very friendly) as they have to file some done on the instruction of another member o staff who then took over to complete the treatment. Given my misunderstanding of the treatment I'm underwhelmed with the result.
