awful experience. my appointment was at 1:30 and they only properly started my nails around 2:30. the BIAB removal was painful, they broke my pinky nail, made several fingers bleed, and left my nails uneven and badly painted. the staff were rude, unwelcoming and ignored what i asked for. definitely would not go back.
