Booked an appointment was seen an hour later! When a nail tech actually was available they attempted to take a lady who had no appointment and came in more than 30mins after I did. Thankfully this lady said I was here first. Nail tech was still reluctant to take me!?! I was the only black person in the shop at that time so it isn't as if you'd miss that I had come there first!
Had this appointment not been prepaid i would have left earlier. There was also no apology or timing update offered
