My manicure should have taken 40mins, took 1h10m instead - it ended up being very stressful towards the end as I was late for my next appointment. Overall, good service and good manicure. Good value for money.

Didn't really feel a warm welcome. Also sensed as though the lady who done my eyebrow waxing wasn't so confident/experienced. Actually ended up looking a bit worse then it already did. I was not pleased with the results to be honest. I believe that before the job is completed they have to compare and contrast between two eyebrows to do what they can to make it look as identical if not similar not to have two different shapes. I wouldn't have expected to pay for a service like this as basically not much was done.
