The gel removals and manicure was good but poor customer service - my manicurist was very sullen and argumentative with three different customers. I also asked for a pedicure but was given a shape and polish with a brief flick of the foot that apparently qualified as a hard skin removal/exfoliation, and still charged nearly £30
